Las Vegas

I was here for the Plexus annual convention. This was my 3rd trip to Vegas, and there are many options for eating here! Also the schedule of events for our convention keeps us very busy so I do pack lots of snacks to have on hand for when there is no time to wait for a table and in line to order food. One trick I do is go to Starbucks and order the egg white bites, a coffee and a large ice water. I pour this into my reusable water bottle and that way I make sure to stay hydrated while in the desert in June. Because it is HOT!

If you stay in the Linq promenade, there are many options to eat without having to get on the main strip. They are all walkable and much closer than walking out on the strip. Properties are many, many acres each, and even though some may be next door to each other, it could be a mile or more walk.

My favorite ever gluten-free deep-dish pizza is at Flour & Barley Brick Oven Pizza. This is in the promenade, and you have to eat here at least once! You won't be disappointed, I promise.

There is also an In-N-Out Burger place in the promenade, but they do not have gluten-free options. I got the burger and fries with no bun, and honestly, I was not really impressed. I'm not sure what all the hype is. Maybe it's better with the bun.

There was also a nice sit-down restaurant that I ate lunch at one day and dinner at another. The steak dinner was really good.
